1. Is there anything I need to do before you arrive?

We ask you to prepare the rooms as much as possible by removing any breakables and small items (including valuables). Carpetsure will move most large items if it is possible and safe to do so, if there is items that cannot be moved we can clean around them. There is no need to worry about vacuuming; we take care of that for you as part of the service.

2. How long will my carpet take to dry?

Drying times will vary depending on the amount of soil, the thickness of the carpet, what the carpet is made of and air circulation within your home. Carpetsure uses professional cleaning techniques that enable us to achieve excellent results without over wetting the carpet. Most carpets are touch dry within a few hours.

3. What are your payment terms?

Payment is to be made in full on completion of any work carried out, unless prior arrangements have been made. Carpetsure accept CASH, CHEQUE and CARD payments.

4. How often should I get my carpets cleaned?

We recommend that you have your carpets cleaned every 12 months, this will pro-long the life of your carpet, saving you money in the long run. Keeping your carpets clean will improve air quality in your home thus being hygienic and beneficial to your health.

5. Will my carpets re-soil quicker following the clean?

Today’s chemicals are manufactured to the highest quality and effectiveness. At Carpetsure we use the right solution for the type of soiling and fibre of the carpet, this will in fact stop your carpet re-soiling as quickly.

6. Will all the stains come out?

No guarantee can be made that any particular stain will be removed, some stains permanently damage the carpet fibres and no amount of specialist cleaning will reverse this. Carpetsure has received advance training for spot and stains removal and will be able to deal with most problems.

 7. Would it be advisable to have a protector applied after cleaning?

Yes, Carpetsure as well as carpet and upholstery manufactures highly recommend that you apply/re-apply a protector after professional cleaning, to restore the original protection. Ultimately it is down to the customer’s budget and preference.

 8. Are you fully trained and insured?

Yes, Carpetsure hold full public liability insurance and also ‘treatment risk’ insurance, which means we are insured whilst in your home and on the items that we are cleaning. Carpetsure have completed highly specialist training in very service we offer.

9. Do you guarantee your service?

Yes we do. In the unlikely even that you are not completely satisfied with the service, contact us and a recovery clean will be organised free of charge.

10. Is your cleaning process safe?
